Yes — we offer delivery, setup, and collection as standard. If you'd prefer to collect and set up yourself, we can potentially accommodate that too.

As early as possible, particularly for weekends and peak summer months. We'd recommend getting in touch at least four to six weeks ahead of your event date.

Hire periods are flexible and tailored to your event. Our typical hire periods are 1 day, 3 days and 1 week, but if you want to hire for longer, talk to us and we can work something out that fits your schedule.

We ask all customers to treat equipment with care. Our hire agreements cover damage terms clearly, and we'll always talk through any issues openly and fairly.

Our bell tents, stretch tents, and similar structures require soft ground such as grass or soil for secure pegging. If you're unsure whether your venue is suitable, just ask.

Absolutely, many customers combine products to create a complete outdoor setup. Get in touch and we'll help you put together the right package.

Double insulated sauna Tent, Sauna Stove, Bucket and ladle, Sauna stones 20kg, Heat-resistant gloves, Sauna thermometer metal, Water tank 5 litres, All-weather cover, 2 cedar wood benches, 20kg of firewood (approx 6-8 hours burn time).
